  Liked: Good location. The restaurant staff is super friendly however they seemed really stressed and understaffed at all times.

  Disliked: Window goes just into a sort of chimney housing pidgeons in heat that make a lot of noise. Additionally there is constant noise from the restaurant below, as they were disposing of glass bottles at 11pm and rolling containers around. At first I got a link to a key that was not working, I had to call. The lock on my room bugging out when I went for breakfast and I had to wait over three hours for the door to be opened. There is no mechanical way to open the doors. They offered me one coffee and their apologies which honestly, even if I wasn't yelling since it wasn't anyone's fault, seemed a little cheap.

  Attentive staff, convinient location, nice breakfast…but needs to prioritize comfort for guests, like working AC

  Liked: Location was perfect and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was the right amount of food

  Disliked: Our AC unit did not work and there was no airflow at all. We were moved to a new room the next day but again, the AC did not work. The staff was very helpful but if the ACs are not working during the summer, this is a big problem and has an effect on comfort. Especially, when you need proper sleep for hiking and exploring.

  Great value for the money, great staff, great breakfast

  Liked: Very friendly staff, helpful and proactive. Nice terrace for having breakfast, with great food and plenty of choices. We left very early in the morning and they were so nice to prepare food and coffee for us before the restaurant opened. Clean and modern room, plus a comfy bed.

  Disliked: Our room was facing the street, was very loud until late in the night and very early in the morning again. This is although a disadvantage of having accommodation so close to the center and train station.

  Schreckliche Erfahrung und überteuert

  Liked: Location ist zentral

  Disliked: Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen und Preis Leistung stimmt vorne und hinten nicht. Der Self-Check in funktioniert nicht und ein Restaurant Mitarbeiter musste uns die Zimmerkarte geben. Die Zimmer sind nicht isoliert, sodass wir die ganze Nacht jeden einzelnen Schritt im Flur und das Konzert auf der Straße hören konnten. Die Zimmer sind eng und der Boden war schmutzig und fleckig. Die Matratze super hart. Das Frühstück war standardmäßig jeweils ein Croissant, Stück Brot, Käse/Salami und Marmelade. Dazu gab es Kaffee. Mehr Auswahl gab es leider nicht. 3 Sterne sind absolut zu viel und ich würde niemandem empfehlen hier zu schlafen und den überteuerten Preis zu bezahlen. Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten (was wir nicht brauchten oder bestellt haben) der Witz ist, dass das Hotel absolut nicht barrierefreundlich ist und mit Kinderwagen super eng und Treppen hat, um zum Aufzug zu kommen.
