Good location, green but not very welcoming

  Liked: Bed was very comfortable.

Disliked: The construction in the surrounding was a bit annoying. Both pools were definitely too cold. The playground was not well installed. Most of the staff was not welcoming. Receptionists comments ( in Italian) to her colleague was close to a complain because we arrived at 18:00 and not earlier, in the breakfast area they were doing the minimum maybe because we had a child ( 3 years old).
