Nice stay
Liked: Nice spacious clean room.
Disliked: Lifts are very small too tight.
Amazing
Liked: A lovely hotel in an amazing location, complete with a pastry shop and a restaurant that had delicious options for reasonable prices. Receptionist Benedikt was incredibly nice, super kind and friendly, and went out of his way to help us. Waitress Ramona was also very friendly. We look forward to staying at Hauser again someday.
Disliked: The other thing we didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer!
Liked: The lady at the front desk was super helpful and always happy to answer our questions. The transfer service was really convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the croissants at breakfast were sooo good! We had a great stay!

Great location, good choice for a couple nights
Liked: The front office staff at this hotel were excellent, so kind and accommodating. The rooms were big, great location, but the tv didnt work well, it kept cutting out, then turning randomly on, no fridge or coffee set up in the room, but u could get a kettle. No normal hotel amenities. The breakfast was good, just not any option to order omelets, fried eggs,etc. but good breads.
Disliked: I didnt like that they charged 14.00 for tap water at dinner, the food was really good, but because of that we chose other restaurants for the next nights. Overall nice hotel, but the lack of amenities in St Moritz with the cost was just a little difference in our scoring of the hotel. They could up the game a little bit better.
If you just need one night in a good location, it’s ok!
