Fabulous
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful Rooms were clean and spacious
Disliked: Couldn't find how to turn room temperature down (remedied by leaving windows open all night but then heard people outside at 6 am). Little thing - not an issue
Liked: Superb view - especially from the Breakfast Room which was gorgeous. Staff were particularly helpful when we needed ice for an injured foot.
Disliked: The room was a little small and pokey, but perfectly adequate.

Amazing hotel with breathtaking lake views — absolutely worth it!
Liked: Absolutely wonderful hotel! I’m so glad we chose a room with a lake view — it was definitely worth the extra money. The view was absolutely stunning, and waking up to that scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The location is also excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from the train station. Another huge advantage is the complimentary transfer to and from the station, as well as the included travel pass for local buses, trains, and mountain lifts. This makes exploring the surrounding area much easier and helps save quite a bit of money. Overall, an amazing experience. We really loved our stay and would happily come back!
Disliked: The only minor downside was the spa area. It was fairly average compared to the rest of the hotel, and the cleanliness could be improved. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
Excellent
Liked: The view was magnificent, the staff was very friendly, specially Luis the whisky expert in charge of the bar and Andrea in the restaurant, but not only, all the staff went out of their way to make us feel very well care. Room was modern, clean, bed was comfortable but the view beat it all the way, it was spectacular. If we come back to St Moritz we will choose it every time over the other very expensive hotels!
