Liked: The location was very convenient.

Disliked: I was disappointed with the Deluxe room I paid to upgrade to. The windows faced a wall, and the room looked nothing like the photos, which showed a renovated room. The carpet was worn, and unfortunately, the towels were dirty, so I asked for them to be replaced immediately. The pillowcases were also worn and stained. More attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness and condition of the bedding and towels.
