Liked: Location superb, very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were very professional. Especially Jamie - Leigh on reception who went the extra mile to sort out select TV channels we needed to watch. Thankyou

Liked: Hotel was stunning, our room was massive and so was the bathroom. First time staying in this hotel and would definitely book again. It’s also in a great location in the city.

Liked: Stayed for my Hen Party with 20 other women, staff were amazing and the bar downstairs was a brilliant place for us all to party together.

All-in-all very good. Basics (as above) need urgent attention. Reception staff only 5/10

  Liked: Location and cleanliness

Disliked: No bedside lights, and you’d need a step-ladder to see yourself in the bathroom mirror. Also larger rubber bath mat in shower would be useful. One of our party slipped.
