  Staff go beyond and hotel spotless

  Liked: The property is spotless clean fantastic location and staff the nicest girls

  Entrance is in the alley behind Amelia Hall! Great staff

  Liked: Writing this mainly because the staff were so good. Really helpful, professional and friendly... I know these are tropes from countless reviews, but as someone that travels a fair bit, I can spot quality when I see it - good team. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Location is fine, close to the centre of town, restaurant has some interesting takes on old favourites, and it has a bar - tick, tick, tick.

  Disliked: Signage is appalling! Had to ask people in the street. Interior decor is a bit sterile, and it has an industrial aesthetic that I am not a fan of, but you don't sleep on the floor, so does it really matter?
