Liked: Location and we are fond of the owners. Good people. We visit yearly as a birthday ritual
Disliked: Shower - the water pressure and heat was temperamental The room was clean, as were the bed sheets but pillows were not the softest and there was a musky smell on the bed throw.
Fabulous boutique hotel
Liked: Such a lovely boutique hotel, so much nicer than staying in a ordinary chain hotel. Warm comfortable room, beds and shower room. Great location, just a few steps from restaurants, cafe's, bars and shops. Free onsite parking. Wonderful, helpful staff.

Cosy and smart hotel with welcoming staff. Ideal location to explore the local area
Liked: Received an upgrade on arrival, which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and of a high standard. The hotel was located within a short walking distance of the town centre which made breakfast and evening meals available without any difficulties.
Disliked: Nothing!
Short stay at Washington House Hotel
Liked: Nice location, very friendly management and staff. The room we booked was large, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I would recommend and stay again. The owners allowed us to check-in early and park after we checked out, they were very kind. Very close to the beach and town centre.
Disliked: No breakfast facilities, but not an issue for us.
Lovely quiet boutique hotel, well situated
Liked: Lovely boutique hotel, well positioned and with the bonus of a parking space. Friendly staff and easy to check-in and out.
Disliked: We booked the small double, so we knew it would be compact, but be warned, the bed is up against a wall and there's no room to get out at the bottom either, so it's not easy for one of you to get out in the night.
Liked: Good size room. Clean and comfortable all round.
Disliked: Stairs
