  Great services apartments in the centre of things

  Liked: Centrally located close to Churchill Sq, the station and the lanes. Lovely property, I got a penthouse 1 bed apartment with a great private wrap around balcony with great views of east Brighton and the sea. Apartment itself was spotless, well decorated and furnished with everything you need. Honestly, couldn’t fault it - I stay in a lot of apartments and this was one of the best.

  Disliked: Nothing in particular but when I got the T&C’s (which you only get AFTER you’ve booked so if you don’t like anything, tough) which made me feel like I was going to be staying in a 1950’s seaside boarding house with a long list of no’s, can’t do this, can’t do that etc. a bit off putting but reality was thankfully, friendly and relaxed.

  Failure

  Liked: Could not access property by car as it is in a Bus/Taxi zone and did not want to get a fine. Rang hotel and was told there was a drop off area which I needed as my husband on crutches. Drove round in circles until we realisesed there was no access by car to property. Parked car and decided to go home after our event as just too much trouble.

  Disliked: I rang property to enquire about drop off and how far car park was. They should have told me I could not access it by car. To be fair. When I said we would not be staying and the reason, they understood. However, they rang me during my event and left a message that as my booking was with booking.com, I had until midnight to cancel with booking.com. I was unable to do this, so lost my payment.
