  Disappointing

Liked: We picked Future due to its location for our visit family

Disliked: (1)Not informed prior to stay about WiFi not working a email prior to visit we could have made other data arrangements. (2)SAFETY CONCERNS within the first hour of booking in we had another client come in to our room as he had also been allocated our room!! This was very unnerving made worse by reception not answering the phone and only made apology as though it was not a real problem? (3) One of the key card not working (4) Both key cards stopped working (5) Cracked floor tile in bathroom potential of injury? (6) A party of teenagers running around corridors at various times during the night (signage of quiet time would make it easier to challenge)
