  Liked: We, especially liked the very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. In addition the breakfast choice was brilliant and exceeded our expectations. The hotel decor was very tasteful and our bedroom suite which was upgraded free of charge when we arrived to king-size rather than standard was a pleasant surprise.

  Disliked: There was not a thing that we did not like.

  Fantastic staff. Fantastic location. Super comfy bed and great breakfast

  Liked: The staff were outstanding. We were given a lovely warm welcome by reception staff. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first evening. The service was outstanding and the food delicious. The staff at breakfast were also outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. A great selection, you could not have wanted anything more. Lovely pastries. The hotel location is excellent. The bed was super comfy.

  Disliked: A few little tweeks and attention to detail in the room. There was a hole in the curtain, the cooler door was broken, I didn't use it so it wasn't a problem. The side tables beside the bed were a little low and the light switches too far away to reach from bed so you have to get out of bed to switch lights off.

Bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to a separate group contract, which will be sent directly by the hotel. This is our closet parking lot where guests can park for £28 per 24 hours. Leonardo Hotel Cardiff can validate guest parking tickets for this car park giving a 10% discount on this charge. Discount is also offered for pre-booked spaces via the NCP Website, Capital Shopping Car Park – North Edwards Street, CF10 2HH This is a shopping center car park 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The car park is closed between midnight and 6am. Guests can park for £18 per 24 hours. Discount is offered for pre-booked spaces via www.citycentre.apcoa.co.uk reducing it to £8 per 24 hours.

Please note limited availability private parking is available on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP £25 per day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
