Fabulous
A lovely hotel, will be more than happy to return
Liked: Great view from the room, and the room itself a decent size, which is a rarity. The hotel appears to be well looked after. A wonderful restaurant on the premises. Really loved the cooked breakfast - very tasty, and it's so much nicer being waited on than having to scour the buffet. Welcoming, friendly staff everywhere - at the reception, at the restaurant.
Disliked: Everything was great, expect for the shower. A shower head needs to be cleaned thoroughly in order for it to work like a shower, and not a lawn sprinkler. Water sprayed everywhere but on my actual body in five haphazard streams.
Great 2 days in stormy and windy Eastbourne
Liked: Great location, gorgeous scenery, charming hotel, good food and drinks all day, good choice breakfast with beautiful view.
Disliked: Too many young staff in restaurant with little experience.

Liked: We liked everything about the hotel, there was nothing to dislike The room was very clean. All the staff were professional and friendly Breakfast was lovely. We really liked that it was full table service. We had a great table in the conservatory overlooking the sea There was a slight hiccup when we arrived. Our room wasn't ready even though we had completed check in. We were intercepted mid route to our room. Sue the housekeeper saved the day. She helped us to the bar area where we were provided complimentary tea, coffee and cake We ate in the bar/lounge area on our first night, lovely food and bonus jazz to enjoy
Disliked: Parking in the area is hard work (not the hotels fault). We spent 15 minutes driving around trying to find a suitable spot when we arrived back from a day out around 9pm

Liked: Great facilities, super friendly staff and very accommodating with my dogs
Disliked: Room was a bit small but comfortable anyway
Enjoyable stay - good location and comfortable
Liked: Comfortable and clean room. Good location on the seafront. Excellent value and lots of amenities nearby. Short walking distance into town.
Disliked: Decor and room facilities fine but dated and could do with a refresh.
