Fabulous
Lovely, great location, staff and views
Liked: Great location with lovely well decorated & comfortable rooms.
Disliked: On this occasion I think we were just unlucky with our room MILDRED ROOM 4. Reason being was the noise which seemed to be coming from a Boiler or Electrical cupboard located outside our room on a shared wall directly next to where your head is on the bed. It was an incredibly annoying repetitive whirling vibrating sound which led to a very disturbed night and little sleep. So, while I’d absolutely come back to stay at the chain locker, I would ask not to have this particular room again. Aside that, loved it:)

Liked: The hotel and the setting are absolutely spot on for me. The accommodation is clean and very well presented. ALL of the staff were very friendly helpful professional and up for making everyone happy be it with a friendly chat or even light banter. I cannot praise them all enough. The cleaner who done the rooms was always happy and smiling and could not help you enough if you need anything. The breakfast was spot on and I also had an evening meal which was also very nice. 100% for me and I will definitely be back. This was my second visit this year.

Liked: Location was perfect. Room spacious and confortable, with good accessories, large bed. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous.

Liked: Super location right in the harbour. Easy access to local shops and facilities Our room had a great view and was really cosy and comfortable. The Staff were excellent very welcoming and helpful. Good choice of menu in the restaurant with good size portions and very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious 😋
A fabulous base for exploring Falmouth
Liked: Location by the harbour superb.Eating and drinking options were excellent.All the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating.
