Liked: The location of the property was amazing. Staff on site were extremely helpful and pleasant. Overflow parking for e tra vehicles. Shower in the property was lovely.
Disliked: I've never stayed in a property with no basics like oil, tea, coffee or even oven gloves! You can only sweep up sand if you get on your hands and knees. Only 2 tea towels which had to be used as everything including hand towels as none of these supplied either. On arrival the property smelt and required airing. The property was basic. The second "double bed" was 2 single beds pushed together but 1 of those were so squeakyand rattly we couldn't sleep in it. The oven was dirty with thick grease burnt trays inside and the tv was minimal watching due to a lack of signal. You could watch a couple of dated dvds if you wished but the scratches did make them stop. The last thing that really concerned me was the questionable fire extinguisher and support. Last serviced years ago. The pressure indicator would also prove unpredictable with usage. The small extinguisher looked used too.
Liked: Very lovely location and outside area. Comfy beds and lounge sofas. Overall the place suited our family well (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and very happy with the stay.
Disliked: We enjoyed our stay but just want to mention a couple of things that would have taken our rating to exceptional rather than very good. Kitchen was a nice size but would have appreciated some additional touches like tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, etc as well as dish washing sponges and tea towels. It would be helpful to know where to put garbage. We ended up with a couple of full bin bags. It was quite warm upstairs overnight so having a fan in each bedroom would have been appreciated (although we noticed a few of our stays in Europe were not set up to cope with hot weather!)

The pool and hot tub are unavailable between 1st November - 1st April each year.
The pool and hot tub are part of the Pendra Loweth facilities that guests have access to.
Pendra Loweth has a paid launderette that is available for guest to use but requires coins to operate.
The bar on site is where the billiard table is available to guests to play and it doesn't serve food on Wednesday evenings.
