As we walked on the door, everyone says wow
Liked: Wow! The view was stunning and the flat was beautifully laid out with everything we needed.
Disliked: We loved it but there is a hill or stairs which could hinder anyone with mobility issues.
Excellent accommodation; clean; well furnished; comfortable; restful and excellent views
Liked: We liked the central position of the accommodation in reference to the town centre and of course the riverside views from the balcony.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views, the location requires a good level of fitness and mobility
Liked: Beautiful views and excellent, generous facilities. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay. The principal bedroom is stunning and the super king bed is so comfortable. Furniture is plentiful and good quality. Could not fault the interior of the apartment. Falmouth High Street is directly above the apartment, a steep climb up Barracks Ope steps.
Disliked: 1. Parking is very difficult. This property caters for 6 people. This means that at least one large car or people carrier would be required, or two/three vehicles. The garage is accessible for 1 medium sized car maximum. Extra parking nearby is very limited and, due to the location of the apartment, is a difficult steep walk away. 2. Accessibility. Two of our guests have limited mobility and the location of the apartment meant that we had to use a car to access Falmouth. To get anywhere on foot requires a very steep climb up uneven steps or a steep walk up the driveway with no pavement. 3. The twin beds are not suitable for adult use and the twin room lacks storage. If three couples were to visit, the third bedroom would be a significant compromise. 4. Would be nice to have a coffee machine.
