Great stay for our anniversary
Liked: Great facilities and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room. Good breakfast.

Overall very good but service in the restaurant needs to improve
Liked: Room was adequately furnished and cleaned to meet our requirements. Food was excellent. Hotel surroundings were very good.
Disliked: Service for the evening meal was very slow from taking the orders to finishing the 3 course meal.
Liked: Lovely secluded location. Breakfast was top notch. My room was very comfortable. I had a lovely walk to Swanpool beach.

Liked: Penmere Manor has a homely charm, it is clean, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
Disliked: It is within walking distance from the centre but it’s hilly so a uber is more convenient

Liked: Outside is lovely. Waitress at breakfast was exceptional
Disliked: Wardrobe by bed resulted in banging my arm all night! Awful smell in hotel and bathroom Frayed carpet gripper rods exposed health and safety issue Plug not attached to sink chain in bathroom simply fixed by handy man lack of pride in hotel Awful shower took ages to get warm water Tv in wrong position can’t see it Very stained chairs in dining room and bedroom - clean them! Toilet lacks flush so waste stays in toilet bowl Very tired interior needs work! Not pleasant for £100 per night Expect a level of standard this no where near reached it Didn’t bother with pool not enticing at all Room needs immediate attention Budget shouldn’t mean dirty Very thin walls. Could hear clear talking next door. Move plates at breakfast. Dangerous toaster Noise up above Toilet roll holder breaks when taking off roll
