Very good
Nice room overall and in good location for us but a few issues!
Liked: Great location, nice room decor, mini fridge very useful. Friendly staff 🤗
Disliked: Room at the front Was noisy in the early morning, we were warned and earplugs were provided. Quite pricy to bring a dog as room was already more expensive then extra £25 on top. Room got very hot in the night! Bed Smell in the bathroom… I think from the shower as it disappeared after we had showered in the morning.
Liked: Staff were lovely and very friendly. Great place and very close to the train station and bus stop
Liked: Rooms comfortable and clean, good shower. Good for an overnight stay.
Disliked: PARKING was so difficult, free parking is after 4pm, but out of car park by 9am.
Complained to hotel and requested refund but had no reply from hotel despite several emails

Disliked: In one room the shower was weak and went from cold to boiling without warning, very dangerous. In the other room the shower stopped working completely in the evening, so no shower the following morning.
A great find for a Penryn stay
Liked: A perfect stay. We were shown to our room even though we arrived late and the pub was very busy with customers. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was in a basket which made it very easy to eat and leave the following day. The bus service from outside the pub is very efficient taking you to Falmouth of the University very easily.

Disliked: The pub didn't serve food, however we were able to eat out takeaway in the pub, which was great.
