Fabulous
Excellent stay
Liked: Staff was amazing, from breakfast to dinner and tapas at the bar. If you want the heat lowered, please talk to front end staff and they will lower it
Disliked: The pillows were really hard and high, even as a side sleeper it did not work for me.
Unbeatable location for the Giant's Causeway with free parking
Liked: The location for the Giant's Causeway is unbeatable - with free car parking! Staff were friendly. Good breakfast and better than average dinner.
Disliked: A bit pricey - we did'nt need the free entry to the visitor centre, as we are NT members.

Liked: What a gem! The whole setting of the hotel is excellent. Old charm, cozyness and location next to the Giant's Causeway..perfect base if you want to visit the Causeway in the afternoon and again next morning, which we did. The food was excellent, both dinner, breakfast and cakes. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff!! Everyone is absolutely dedicated to their work, kind, genuinly nice and professional. They made as feel at home, even if we were there for only one night. Parking is ample and free and you get access to visitor's center. There are stairs but it is managable, it is just one floor..the room was huge and beds comfortable..

Liked: The staff were so friendly and very approachable. The food was delicious, huge compliments to the chef. The bedroom was huge, with a lovely terrace and very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed a great shower and my son had a bath, a real treat 😉 I loved the building itself. Had a very nostalgic feeling, perfect setting when visiting the Giant's Causeway ✨️
Disliked: The room was very warm at night (but thats my opinion)

Liked: Everything! I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t stay here. The staff, food, accommodations, parking are all excellent. But the access to the causeway makes this a must.
