Fabulous
Smells from the causeway
Liked: The location is very remote so you are quite captive. Staff are extremely pleasant although sort supply. U cab stand 20muns plus waiting for someone to sell you a drink at the bar. Makes you feel like helping out and serving a few while your waiting.
Disliked: The rooms are over 3 floors. The rooftop rooms have lots of low. Ceilings so I went home with nu.erious bump on my head. There was also major sewage smells in the room so popes must be blocked.
Liked: The staff in general were lovely, kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Sometimes the small buffet selection was limited in terms of availability but overall a good variety and the cooked to order breakfast was very good. Staff generally were kind and understanding about us being stuck in the hotel due to adverse weather and the children playing about the lobby, although one member did tell them off when they went upstairs by themselves. The room(s) were spacious - family suite had 2 rooms which was good.
Disliked: The family suite was a little tired. The second day our room/bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There is only a double, not a king bed, in the family suite.
Great location and comfort near The Giants Causeway
Liked: The location was excellent, right near the Causeway and the town of Bushmills. Food was delicious and room was comfy.
Relaxing and welcoming
Liked: Evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Very friendly, pleasant and attentive waitress to whom nothing was any bother. Great parking facilities. Impressive seaview. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Hotel was quiet with a family feel, making for a very relaxing and welcoming stay.
Disliked: The bedroom was quite small. We were in the Armada room. We have stayed before in a double room with sea view and the room was much larger. It did put us off returning slighty (if we were to get this room again) with the sloped roof, and having to keep moving a chair around the room as it always seemed to be in the way!! No space for suitcase was another issue. Windows were very dirty, with a black mould over them on the outside...Noticeable due to sloped ceiling. Perhaps two packets of biscuits for a room with 2 guests would be an extra touch rather than sharing one packet berween 2... less stingy!

Disliked: That the kitchen was closed before 9pm
Liked: Gray’s was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and the views from our room were great. The evening meal was very tasty.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing as it was very greasy, especially the underfried potato bread. I thought the property was in Bushmills town but it was a drive away.
