  A comfortable stay, convenient to town

  Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. The check in staff were friendly and helpful, and able to give recommendations about local places to visit. The nearby bakery is a must for breakfast or anytime during the day. It is an easy stroll into town and the shops and restaurants.

  Lovely place for a stay in Inverness

  Liked: A very nice and very old house. Refurbished with new modern electrical and plumbing installations. It is located in a quiet area with lots of other houses accommodating visitors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In the house is a blackboard with several locations for eating out. Even some which are less expensive.

Please be aware that this property does not offer breakfast or any other meals. All rooms are on a room-only basis.

Check-in will not be at the property directly, but at the Ardross Glencairn Guest house, which is approximately 300 yards away. An email will be sent from the property at time of booking with instructions regarding check in.

All payments for your stay will be taken from the card used at the time of booking. This is usually debited the evening before arrival. If you wish to pay with a different card, please contact the property at least 2 days before arrival to ensure they have the correct card details for payment. However, if you wish to pay with cash, this is not a problem and can be done so on check-in. The property require 2 days notice before the date of check-in to ensure your card is not charged.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
