  Enjoyed it

  Liked: Breakfast was great, but the best thing about Avalon are the people. The hosts were great. Unfortunatly I had a problem with my rental car which caused the car alarm to sound repeatedly early in the morning, Paul was very patient and helpful as I tried to sort the problem out, a great guy.

  Disliked: No negative comments specific to Avalon. Scotland in general is quite pricey these days, and Avalon was good value for money compared to other properties we saw.

  A good place to stay in Inverness: clean, comfortable, great breakfast

  Liked: Very clean. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. King-size bed. Good hosts. Tea and cookies in room. Milk provided.

  Disliked: Very strict on times. Thankfully, my arrival time was within the time limit for checking in. It is a bit of a walk from the downtown area - made me a little nervous at night by myself.

  Liked: Val and Paul are very friendly and welcoming. The house is nicely decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast they prepared was also very good. I really enjoyed my stay!

  I will definitely come back here any time I am in Inverness

  Liked: The breakfast was exceptional, there was a great choice therefore something for everyone. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the town centre.
