  Liked: Location.

Disliked: There was a mix-up over how to gain entry. The entry and approach to the apartment was a bit gloomy.

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect: 2 mins walk to Inverness Train Station; 5 mins walk to Marks & Spencer (huge supermarket), restaurants and cafes nearby etc. The apartment has a microwave, washing machine and everything I needed, like a home away from home. Communication with the host was easy and very quick responses. I love it and highly recommend this apartment.

Disliked: Nothing I didn't like. It was perfect.

  the worst and dirtiest accommodation

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: This was by far the worst and dirtiest accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was covered in dust, with hair and dirt everywhere. The bed sheets were wrinkled and did not even look freshly changed. Honestly, I am not convinced that they were clean at all. I simply cannot understand how you can rent a property to guests without properly cleaning it beforehand. Considering the amount of money we paid, this was an absolute waste. If this is the standard at which you intend to run this accommodation, it would honestly be better for guests if you stopped renting it out altogether. If we had not arrived so late and I had been able to find another place to stay, I definitely would not have stayed there. I have never had such a terrible accommodation experience in my life.

Excellent location but too many flies

Liked: Excellent location. Host was very helpful. Lovely area.

Disliked: There was dozens if flies when we arrived. After spraying them, there was no way to clean them up. No dustpan or brush. Vacuum cleaner did not work. I had to clear them by hand. Then the next day, even with all windows closed there were still many flies buzzing around the bedroom.
