Never stay there so-called host extremely rude

  Liked: Absolutely nothing

Disliked: Arrived and so called host said heating in room was broken (was going to be 5 degrees during the night)said we could cancel but we wouldn’t be able to find another place nearby. I found a place and booked it. So called host then said after I found another place to stay said she wouldn’t refund me and got very abusive to me after I complained about not getting a refund even though she said we could cancel, so-called host then yelled at and said OK YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND and then stormed off leaving me in the reception area by myself. Initially booked through booking.com and they have done nothing to help me get our money back. Booking.com said it was up to the host to refund the money. The so host was extremely rude and I would never stay there and booing.com should remove Fairwinds from there booking site.

Liked: It's a lovely home atmosphere 😊, what you world expect from staying with your mum,. We had a home cooked breakfast every morning, it was only 5 minutes walk to the closest pub, and a bit further to town. Room was cosy ✨️.

  Disliked: Nothing to mention.
