  Liked: Nice and comfortable room. Well equipped. Warm and cozy. Clean and well kept.

  Good location, comfortable enough but cleanliness let it down

  Liked: Excellent location, city centre walkable within 10 minutes and shops nearby. Room was a nice size with kitchen facilities useful for storing own food etc. Parking to the rear of the property, quiet street.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the cleanliness let this property down. Upon check in to our room we found a used wine bottle tucked behind the door (which was clearly the previous guests) - this immediately left us feeling like our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. When using the desk in the room we felt the need to wipe the surface, this wipe came back filthy. We got the impression the bedding / bins are changed but only the bathroom would get a quick wipe down. This was really disappointing and was enough for us not to return.

  Bit of upkeep needed

  Liked: Location was great, close to all amenities. Comfortable bed,warm room. Kitchen well stocked with kitchenware to make a complete meal. Rooms were cosy.Nice white soft towels. Toiletries available.

  Disliked: Bed against the window without a headboard as leaning against window sill when sitting up. Cannot keep window open,too drafty when sleeping.Toilet seat loose and wobbly. Toilet door very hard to open keeps sticking. Shower cubicle very dirty. Damp and mould on bathroom ceiling. Front door key went missing.

  Cosy, convenient and reasonably priced

  Liked: Ideal location in a quiet neighbourhood only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Cosy, clean room. Comfortable bed. An en suite with a really nice shower. And a very reasonable price. The perfect place to stay for a solo trip. I would definitely stay again.

  Disliked: The toilet in my room frequently didn’t flush. This needs to be fixed. Additionally, when I first arrived someone had forgotten to return the front door key to the box - I worried I was going to be locked out all night! Luckily a fellow guest let me in, but this seems like it could be a future problem as guests could easily forget to return the front door key. Maybe the front door key could be placed on a string or a chain, or perhaps it could be replaced with a card system, or perhaps each guest could have their own front door key.
