Central. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped with good use of space

Disliked: A name plate to identify the building as The Bell Tower would be inexpensive.

Disliked: My one suggestion for improvement: consider switching to a fragrance-free laundry detergent. Scented products can be a real issue for guests with chemical sensitivities, and the strong fragrance on the bedding and towels was unfortunately noticeable throughout our stay. A small change that could make an already lovely space even more welcoming to all guests.

Most definitely wouldn’t dray again. Was close to leaving but put up with it as it was only one night

Liked: Great location for city centre

Disliked: Not clean. Top sheet on one bed had what looked like blood stains on underside.
