  Liked: Nothing had bedbugs

  Disliked: No cleanliness, no soap and shampoo that was still manageable but bedbugs was too low and that too the bed was full of it headboard, cushions and very big size very evident it was there for past few days still they checked us in into the same apartment

  Excellent city centre location

  Liked: Excellent city centre location. Comfortable bed and chairs

  Disliked: Somewhat noisy from street below. Cutlery minimal. TV inoperable as batteries in control unit probably flat. No soap in hand dispenser in bathroom

  Liked: Terrible experience don't book

  Disliked: The apparent was filthy, it was totally disgusting. Nothing has been been cleaned in a long time, even the dishes had been put away with food/drink still on them. We were treated very poorly by reception staff who directed us to booking.com to rectify the issues. After two hours of back and forth with receptionist, manager and booking.com we were offered a refund. This wasn't ideal as we then had to find somewhere else to stay very last minute which wasn't easy and ended up more expensive.

  Liked: Tidy little place to stay felt like your own home for the night. Really nice location. I sat on top of a co-op yrads away from buses and trains,

  Disliked: The noise from the nearby pusmbs when trying to get to get to sleep. Could do with double glazing.

  Perfect for our needs

  Liked: We use the hotel often for short breaks. The apartment is always clean tidy and the staff are more than helpful and accommodating.

  Disliked: Nothing we don’t like, we always know what we are expecting. Good accommodation and great service.

  Disgusting

  Liked: A roof over our heads

  Disliked: The bathrooms were obviously not cleaned with bits of toilet roll on the floor with hair all over the floors throughout the whole apartment. The beds were made but definitely not changed there was still hair on the beds. There was not towel left for us to use and only one glass to drink from
