Very good
Liked: Nice and cosy room with everything you need for a short stay.
Disliked: We stayed on the ground floor and it was very noisy when neighbours (other guests) usptairs were walking in their room. You can hear every step they take.
We did not enjoy this stay, which spoilt our memory of Isle of Skye
Liked: Not a great lot
Disliked: Tight staircase, very poor cheap uncomfortable bed, no body wash, container empty, inadequate towel, the worst in Scotland, and only tepid shower water. In Other words, difficult to sleep, couldn’t wait to leave.
Convenient off the main road on the way in/out of Skye, great accommodations for a family
Liked: The 3 bed setup was a perfect use of space to get my family with a son and daughter our own separate sleeping space without getting multiple rooms. Access was very convenient off the main road and easy to find with the directions provided.
Good place to stay for the money spent
Liked: We started booking late in the game and there were not many options left on the Isle of Skye when we booked. It’s about 45 mins south of Portree, an hour from Storr and 45 from the Fairy Pools. It’s a good location if approaching from the south.
Disliked: It’s right next to the main road so you will definitely get the traffic noise.
We enjoyed and would stay again if in the area
Liked: Great location -‘room was large but cozy. Very nicely appointed. Appreciated the refrigerator, coffee and tea.
Sleep until 7 and leave
Liked: It's a nice place that has almost everything a traveller would need. The check in and instructions are easy, the place is clean. They even have laundry services (we didn't use it though).
Disliked: We expected some plates and cutlery since the place has a microwave, but there's none. We had to heat our food in the tea cups... Also, exactly at 7 AM someone living upstairs got up and started to walk around for 2 hours straight, and you can hear every step and every squeak in this bedroom. The room is tiny, I always hit my feet at single beds - would be better if they were bunk beds.
