Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was a triple twin, very clean and comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast every morning downstairs and a wonderful dinner in the Dulce and Brose restaurant on site.
Disliked: Wish it had an elevator.
Quaint hotel in the picturesque Portree
Liked: Excellent breakfast. Restaurant is very nice. Hotel is well located.
Disliked: Room and bathroom were tiny and very basic. No parking available, we had to drive around to find parking in the town. We also got a one hundred pound parking ticket for loading our vehicle outside when we left.
Liked: The location was good, and having a nice restaurant in the hotel was convenient.
Disliked: Most of the restaurant staff we interacted with were terse. Not unpleasant, just terse.
Wonderful Stay!
Liked: I had a wonderful stay! I absolutely loved my room. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The only small downside was that my room overlooked an alleyway, so the view wasn't particularly lovely, but it certainly didn't take away from my stay. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel with our group, which was a lovely experience. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would happily return!
