Exceptional
Great location for exploring the northern fells
Liked: Great location and modern fittings.
Disliked: No tea bags, or net curtains for privacy in the bedroom and lounge.

Liked: Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking for the second car was tricky at times. No outside space
A beautiful place to stay that was clean and cosy. Coffee pods would have made it perfect!
Liked: It was very clean and looked lovely. The beds were comfortable and it was in a good location for walking or catching the bus.
Disliked: The main bathroom had a funny smell to it. It would have been nice to have a welcome basket of essentials and some coffee pods for the coffee machine.
Excellent location but wouldn’t stay again
Liked: Location is good, nice walk into Keswick. Property was quite clean and modern. Dog friendly Beds were comfortable Good amount of space. Nice to have separate rooms and our own bathrooms.
Disliked: No tea or coffee provided. After a long drive this would have been appreciated. Excellent facilities I.e coffee machine but no pods given. Dishwasher wasn’t working well at times not starting when set away. Our bathroom with the bath tub had an awful smell, it was a drain smell. Therefore our bedroom had an awful smell during our full stay and had to keep door closed and windows open. On the other shower the temp dial was not working. Hot showers only. Apartment above was extremely loud. Sounded like they were moving furniture at 5am, waking us all up and upsetting the dogs, not ideal. WiFi did not work on arrival and we had to get assistances for this. Car parking space is not outside the property, this should be stated on the booking website.
Loved it and will stay there again
Liked: Excellent location. Very cosy and clean. Accessible layout.
Disliked: Building work opposite but understand this can’t be helped. Looks nearing completion.
Very enjoyable but a few extras would have made all the difference
Liked: The apartment was ideal for my husband, myself & our friends. We enjoyed the location, the accommodation & the parking provided.
Disliked: The kitchen area provided sufficient equipment but a small welcome pack would have been so appreciated eg tea, coffee & salt & pepper. The smaller bedroom with small shower area was difficult for people with mobility problems to manoeuvre. The larger bedroom having the shower in the bath was not an option.
