Exceptional
Fantastic!
Liked: The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything had been thought of even down to the little pair of scissors needed to get into the complementary hot chocolate! The owner, Lorna, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very much at home. She helped us with any questions that we had and presented us with the most wonderful breakfast every morning! When we venture to the Lake District again we will definitely be staying here!
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Liked: Everything was amazing! Lorna had literally thought of everything. The room had everything we could have needed and my little boys were also catered for a million times better than most places would. Breakfast was amazing as well. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Disliked: Everything about the property was perfect!
Liked: Lorna is a delightful host who goes out of her way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. She is friendly, informative and provides a damn fine breakfast. Brookfield and Keswick are well-located for exploring the Lake District.

Liked: We have just a week at Brookfield with our dog Archie, cannot speak highly enough about the guest house. Lorna was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us it was so comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast was amazing but too much for us.Archie had a sausage every day which he loved. We met some lovely people which made our breakfast time really lovely. Never been to the Lake District before but we have fallen in love with it. We booked for next June before we left, and can’t wait to go back. Lorna is now a friend she is amazing
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was we wanted to extend our stay for 3 days but it was fully booked🥲🥲🥲
