Liked: Great views, staff friendly and very helpful, good shower, very close to Keswick centre, parking on site

Disliked: One very small mention, there were no hooks anywhere to hang anything, just one on the back of the door 😃 would be great 👍🏼

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was lovely, and I would happily stay here again

Liked: The location is really good. It’s very close to the centre of Keswick and also very close to the lake. The room was clean.Breakfast was fantastic. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Disliked: There was slight issue with the heating, but it got resolved very quickly. Front door is usually locked, so you have to through the back door. Not a problem, but still i would prefer to use the front door of the building.

  Tween lake and town

Liked: Great location with easy walk to Keswick centre and Derwent Water. Quiet location.

Disliked: Toilet paper holder poorly placed. Although it was a smart TV, there was no YouTube. (Disney and Amazon were however available thanks to others, but would depend on room) (Smart TVs add a lot of complexity for the hotel, although casting screens from a phone may be.possible, you do not know which room the picture will appear in)
