Fabulous
Excellent location and a great place to stay
Liked: What a great place to stay. The location could not be better as it's a 5 minute stroll into the centre of Keswick and about 10 minutes from the lake. The room was spacious with a great view with a good size bathroom. The shower was excellent as it was full size with plenty of power. The private parking was a great bonus and one of the reasons we booked this guest house. There was a full size TV in the room which I think is important and is something a lot of guest houses don't provide. Overall it was cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended

Nice stay, but needs attention to detail
Liked: The location was great, very close to the town centre and lake.
Disliked: The window in our room had quite a bit of dust and could use a better clean. We had an uncomfortable moment when it was suggested we hadn't paid for the stay, even though the total amount was settled in full during check-in. Clearing up the payment records before speaking with guests would help avoid that awkward situation.
A great base for a Lakes weekend
Liked: Very comfortable room with excellent view. Very clean and well equipped with space to relax. Great location within easy access to the lake and the town centre. Good restaurants nearby.
