Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful, quiet, and cosy stay in a spotlessly clean and warm room equipped with everything needed for tea and coffee (with extra supplies conveniently available on the floor). The location is great, and the host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The fresh full British breakfast was incredible — served on hot plates with delicious coffee and real orange juice, plus plenty of additional options.
Disliked: The house is fairly close to the road, but it gets very quiet at night, so it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

Liked: Good location for Keswick and surrounding areas. Kind hosts with good recommendations of the local area.
Disliked: The property felt dated and not as per the photos, unwelcoming feel to it, we got a lot better value for our money in Bowness.

Liked: Lovely place to stay and amazing value for money. I was greeted by John who was a lovely bloke and offered us a delicious ground coffee upon arrival which was much needed after our Helvellyn accent. Id highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
