Good
Good location. Clean room with tea/ coffee
Liked: Good location close to the town and Park. Premises Allowed dogs. We booked late as campsite closed due to high winds.
Disliked: Very heavy rain seemed to cause water ingress in room in corner of ceiling. We were on the top floor. Owner was notified and she sent for a plumber. A bit pricy at £100 a night for a double room but probably the going rate for Keswick. A bit dated.
Excellent location
Liked: Very good location, and easy short walk to the town centre, very quiet, clean, good facilities.
Disliked: Bathroom extractor fan was a bit noisy.

Liked: Good WiFi -Very clean -Was allowed to store my bags early in the morning -Friendly host -Nice smelling candles in hallway
Disliked: Water pressure in shower was a little low
Liked: Excellent location, wishin a 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to get to derwent water
