Exceptional
Liked: Great location and facilities, I would definitely stay again when in Keswick.
Liked: Close to town centre. Spotlessly clean. Everything we needed.
Excellent accommodation in excellent location
Liked: Great location. Room has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen.
Disliked: Nothing. I was worried about being close to the petrol station but we didn’t hear anything.

Perfect for a couple
Liked: It's a little bit out of Keswick centre - which I knew when I booked it, so that's not a complaint - but nearer The Pheasant so that's good. The owners were lovely. Parking is excellent - very important in Keswick. Directions are perfect.
Disliked: Is there any way you could fit in a washing machine? We were only there for five nights, so we got away with it, but if we'd been there longer we'd have needed a WM.
Perfect Accommodation for Hiking Hoildays
Liked: The hosts were very helpful and kind. The studio was spotless and well appointed. The shower was powerful and hot and the location was perfect for a hiking holiday.

From A66 take 2nd exit signposted Keswick, this will take you down Crosthwaite Road to a T-junction. Turn right, the property is just before the Shell petrol station(spar) .Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
