Exceptional
Absolutely the best place to stay and would definitely stay again
Liked: Breakfast was excellent and went beyond plus went out of there way to make sure you had had enough. All in all couldn't fault the stay. Location or the couple running the b&b was all excellent

A really great place to stay in Keswick
Liked: The hosts Colin and Sarah are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their locale whether it's places to eat and drink or recommendations on where to go, etc. The place is spotlessly clean and the room we stayed was bright and airy with large bay windows to two aspects and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options available. The location is excellent as the surrounding streets are quiet yet it is only five minutes walk to Keswick Town centre and 10 minutes to yhe lakeside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return. We highly recommend staying here.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast, incredibly clean, hosts were fantastic, kind and caring. A 2 minute walk away into the heart of Keswick. I have M.E. and they made this stay so accessible for me and it meant the world even going to the lengths to bring my breakfast up to me on a tray. My partner and I were celebrating our birthday and engagement and they bought a little bottle of prosecco in our room. Teas, coffees and hot chocolates whenever. All round absolutely fantastic place to stay and made our trip very memorable. Incredibly homely atmosphere.

Liked: I loved everything! Honestly, it was the most comfortable, clean, warm and homely accommodation I have ever stayed in. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional, they made it feel like a home away from home. I’ll stay here again when I come back.

Amazing B&B - i don't think anything could have been improved
Liked: Great breakfast, and the property owners were very nice - they couldn't have done any better and we were very impressed with the place.
Fab accommodation at the heart of Keswick
Liked: The rooms were lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable, our hosts were fab. Coffee machine and biccies available in the breakfast room at any time of the day. Very happy. Would stay here again.
Disliked: The weather 😂 but nobody can control that x
