Exceptional
Liked: Location great, property very well equipped and felt homely. Loved our stay
Disliked: Shower tray kept filling up when using shower and maybe just a couple of loungers on decking.
Liked: Inside house was lovely, had everything anyone could need. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: The garden looks like has been neglected for a number of months, which was very disappointing as the garden was the reason for making this booking.
Great stay, lovely house and very central location
Liked: There was a lot of space which was great for us coming with dogs
Disliked: Dogs weren’t aloud in the bedrooms, we didn’t find this out until we had access to the app, our dogs sleep in the bed with us so this was a bit inconvenient. I think it would be better to have this rule in the description before customers book and pay.
Liked: Location is excellent.
Disliked: We were totally disappointed with the WiFi. We also didn't have mobile phone signal which doesn't help. We are both over 80's and found the handrail up the stairs very difficult to hold. Could do with parking space. DID NOT like the digital guide. with poor WiFi and mobile signal hence couldn't open the digital guide!!!! Not a bright ideas. NO we couldn't simply pick up the telephone as I am profoundly deaf and Roger has vocal cord palsy.
