Perfect location, welcoming owner, would definitely stay again

Liked: Owner Matt was friendly, kind and very welcoming. The room, although small, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk into the heart of Keswick. Breakfast was a full English which was well presented and tasty. There was also cereals, yoghurts, toast and fruit juices available. The piece of cake each to take away was a lovely touch. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again.

  A weekend break

Liked: Very friendly welcome, excellent location for town. Clean and comfortable. Cosy and warm, appreciated during the stormy weekend we've just experienced. Good breakfast. The home-made cake was a delicious!

Disliked: We liked it all. Our room was small, so no room for a comfortable chair to sit in, other than that no complaints.
