Exceptional
Staff were amazing and made our staff!
Liked: Great location, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Fantastic staff!
A lovely stat and an even lovelier breakfast
Liked: The room is a good size, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast, absolutely delicious.
It was ok, nothing special decent breakfast, but have had better for the same.e price
Liked: I didn't like the booking in method, we tried to book in and couldn't get access into the hotel. I had to ring on the phone and someone came in a car after about 10 mins to let us in, apparently there was an envelope in the porch for us with the room key, but we couldn't get in the porch. The hotel itself was ok and comfortable enough, but lacks personality, would not return. As
Disliked: Someone there when you arrive or at least make sure you can get in.
Cosy night away
Liked: Central location. Lovely clean rooms. Ours had oak beams. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Decent price.
Liked: The bedroom was wholesome, cosy and as advertised. The location was right in the centre of Keswick and the staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Liked: Such a great place to stay, it felt like home. I loved the cosy rooms and having a sitting room was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. I had made two separate bookings which meant separate rooms but the manager allowed me early access to the second room. I really appreacted that.
