Nice property but some equipment could be cleaner eg fridge and hoover (hoover full so had to empty it)

Liked: Beautiful and peaceful. Comfortable, spacious house and lovely gardens

Disliked: Hot tub was very foamy each time we used it over the 4 days and had a strong chlorine smell. Mattresses very, very firm. Fridge waste at back was backed up and caused a terrible odour - had to clean thoroughly.

Ok but could be impooved with minor improvements

Liked: Location was far away in the mist of nature, very quite with lots of animals and green, plenty to do for outdoors people

Disliked: Bathrooms were not ventilated at all, mold forming around showers and bathtubs, freezer seems to not been cleaned in years, master bedroom bed was very inadequate and uncomfortable, cutlery did bot cut at all…,.no dryer causing our clothes to not dry especially with the constant rain and even indoors was very difficult to dry them,we were only issued one towel per person(we were 4 people which i mentioned when i made the reservation)for 8 days and although i made an effort to contact the owner several times she dismissed me completely putting shade on previous comments stating she replied promptly (that was definitely not the case at all) Freezer had years of frost accumulation and remnants of empty ice cream containers and food which definitely needs to be throwing away ….frying pans super unhealthy as the coating came off and aside of not been able to cook in them at all they need to be replaced! Not enough toilet paper,no sponches and no dish soap(the website states there is when there wasn’t,i bought some and left it in the house sp the next people don’t have to ….. So aside of all that and the website faulsely stating all the amenities are adequate it was a comfortable stat

A nice getaway in the area of Loch Ness

Liked: We have stayed here before and as we have had - location perfect. House is good. Clean and sheets pristine.

Disliked: We did not receive a welcome pack this time which was disappointing.
