A lovely and quiet place to stay within a short walking distance to the centre of Fort Augustus

Liked: It was like a ‘home from home’ and the little extras were a pleasant surprise.

  Good location and facilities

Liked: Liked that it had everything I needed for an overnight stay.

Disliked: The steep stairs from front door up to the apartment. Needs to be noted in listing as no way I could get my suitcase up on my own let alone down.

This was a very good apartment and well positioned for our trip

Liked: The property was very well equipped, the host was extremely helpful, gave very clear directions and left us some very lovely welcome gifts. The bed was comfortable, the apartment very dog friendly and we enjoyed staying there

Liked: You have an entire apartment to yourself, which is nicely decorated and furnished. It was very clean and there were even welcoming gifts.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the shower heater had been turned off by accident, shortly before we arrived. So we did not have warm water for the first night. The host made sure that this was fixed promptly and we had warm water the next morning.
