  Beautiful Birthday Break

  Liked: Good communication in advance with clear directions that were very helpful. The room was large, warm, very clean and well equipped. Both the room and the amazing view were better than the photos. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. There were lots of thoughtful extra touches such as snacks, local interest magazines and binoculars. There was a really good choice at breakfast and it was lovely to have our own toaster! Stuart was the perfect host; friendly and helpful, but never intrusive.

  Wonderful welcome at High March

  Liked: The host Stewart was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. There were beautiful views of the loch from our room and the breakfast room. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the treats. Excellent hospitality.

  Disliked: Small teacups. A small teapot or larger mugs would have been better for our drinks

  Wonderful stay with a beautiful loch view

  Liked: The room was very spacious and had a wonderful view of the loch. We were lucky enough to see a beautiful rainbow in the morning. Stewart, the owner, was very kind and welcoming, and prepared us a fantastic breakfast. He also gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. Thank you, Stewart, for making our stay so enjoyable!

  I really cannot recommend High March highly enough

  Liked: We liked everything! The pre-arrival messages were spot on, making finding the place easy. The greeting from Stewart was freindly and warm. The quality of the house was exceptional in terms of the fixtures and fittings, comfort and cleanliness. The bed was especially comfortable. The view of the loch from both the bedroom and dining area was stunning. Stewart was an excellent, engaging and knowledgeable host. The breakfast was extensive and satisfying. We were genuinely sorry to leave!

  A beautiful place
