Fabulous
Very disappointing
Liked: The Abbey is located close to town and so you can easily walk there.
Disliked: The first thing said to me was that I had to pay the balance due, no hello or greeting of any form. I had in fact paid in full in advance. Then my family had to stand outside in the cold with the gentleman standing over me whilst I connected to wi-fi and pulled up the receipt to show I had paid in advance. No apology was offered. Honestly it rather soured the whole experience. One of the beds was broken and I tried to call the number given to report this but no-one picked up. All in all not a pleasant stay and I would not return.
Liked: The rooms were beautiful, though didn't like the steps up to the 2nd floor
