  Liked: Location was perfect, couldn't be better. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable.

  Disliked: Was disappointed to find out the parking was payable after the fact of booking. But it was secure so worth it. Our first night was a disaster due to extremely inconsiderate neighbours who felt it was okay to roll in late play loud music and sing at the tops of their voices, so loud they could not hear our constant banging in the door. This was the whole night. This is no reflection on the property and Ben was very apologetic even though it was beyond his control, but certainly ruined our first night that we were ready to check out for our second. Lucky for us they were a one night stay

  Norwich stay

  Liked: The appt was very clean and facilities very good. Nice shower. Excellent location. Lovely riverside walk. Train station not far to walk to. Norwich is a very nice city.

  Disliked: It was a bit noisy. Being in an appt block you did hear doors opening and closing, pretty much all night long. Having said that the noise did become infrequent after 2am. There was also a very loud motorbike that liked to drive around the block late at night.
