  Extremely disappointing and not what was expected

  Disliked: This was falsely advertised on the booking site, the pictures show a riverside location which is very misleading, it is directly on a very busy main road very near to the town centre. It was extremely noisy with the traffic and people coming and going very loudly all night. Not ideal when you are working, hardly any sleep. Also it was advertised to look as it had its own kitchen prep area, it does not it communal, which i would not choose to use due to hygiene.

  Great Location & Very Clean

  Liked: . Great location across the road from the train station. Next to a restaurant and little walking distance to other convenience shops & amenities like a cinema ect. A good size room for a single. Kettle, Microwave, fridge, tea & sugar ( no coffee) toaster, toiletries and towels/ bedding. Also within the wardrobe was an ironing board/iron ( never used these) Saw a hairdryer in the vanity unit/desk also a fan again never used. Quiet within the property with several layers at the windows to block potential traffic noise which was really useful. I was fortunate enough to access my room a little earlier after asking and the lovely cleaner who had cleaned my room beautifully & helped me up stairs with my case without being asked when after she heard I had a shoulder injury due to a fall from a few weeks earlier. Easy to use shower Keyless entry to both doors of the property ( both coded)

  Disliked: . My single bed in Apartment 5 - the mattress was too bumpy with the springs so that wasn't great for an over 50 year old!. The kitchen Tap was extremely hot but didn't get any hot water from the ensuite Tap!!!. Would have liked a shelf in the ensuite for my toothbrush ect

  Liked: Loved the location of the apartment. Perfect for exploring Norwich on foot. The apartment had everything I needed, including small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and enough crockery and cutlery. There was even salt and pepper, which was a bonus! The bed was lovely and comfortable, clean, and there was a very welcomed large fan in the room. The shower was amazing!

  Disliked: The doors slamming from upstairs apartments and the frequency of coming and goings. This did seem to quieten down after 10/11pm. Apartment could've been hoovered a little better imo
