Disliked: The whole thing was very unclean, with spiders and cobwebs everywhere. There was a sink, kettle in my room with cups that look like they hadn't been touched in a while. A broken egg left in the sink. There's a leaflet in the room I stayed in saying each room had a smart TV but my room did not. Apparently there were 2 bathrooms in the place, but whilst walking through the property I could only see 1 that was sign posted.

OK for the budget price, but have stayed in nicer places on an equally frugal budget via AirBnB

Liked: It was in a quiet street and the house was quiet (there was only one other guest at the time). The room had a good lock and I felt secure as a lone female. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were adequate.

Disliked: Although the bedding seemed clean, the property was generally shabby, grubby and poorly cleaned.

  Great value for money

Liked: The hotel was in a nice part of the city and it was excellent value for money. For the price, it was absolutely what I expected.

Disliked: The room was basically clean but could have done with a dust, the bathroom sink needs a plug.

I wouldn't hesitate to return, comfortable beds, quiet and other houseguests were really friendly

Liked: Excellent location for easy access to visit a family member at the local hospital, the room ( 6 / ensuite) was located in the basement, very quiet and own access to the rear garden to have your morning coffee
