Great place to stay - excellent staff and facilities aim to make it feel like it’s a home from home experience

Liked: Front desk at Ipswich Road Holiday Inn were exceptional - mature chap who handled the reservation was very pleasant, which was welcomed after an arduous 5 hour drive! I stay fairly often and although I didn’t use the bar for food this time, it’s worth mentioning that, there is one female bar manager who goes out of her way to help me, being gluten free etc, but she’s also very pleasant. It’s the first review I’ve done so it’s worth empathising that, it’s evident your staff are not only caring but passionate about their roles. Thank you!

Disliked: Everything is as it should be - nothing to dislike.

Disliked: A little issue with the variation. But staff quickly resolved this.
