Clean and comfortable in an excellent location

  Liked: No breakfast

Disliked: A bathmat and some storage like drawers would have been good as we stayed six days.

An enjoyable visit to Norwich, made convenient and memorable by staying in an overall good-excellent appartment

Liked: Location and availability of on site parking were excellent - high points. Access instructions by the owner were excellent. Electrical items were in good working condition, although as we were only 2 nights we did not need to use washing machine or dishwasher.

Disliked: Sofa and stools were uncomfortably firm. A few crockery items (cereal bowl and dinner plates) were only 3 and we were a party of 4. One bedside light in the large bedroom, was not plugged in and when plugged in did not work.

A disappointing, stressful and expensive experience

Liked: Location was good. Flat was clean.

Disliked: Could not access the wifi, even with the host's help. No instructions where the password was. No information on facilities, things to do in the area or emergency information. Outside appearance of the apartment block resembled a prison, rundown, dirty with lots of rubbish in the lobby. Thought we had arrived at the wrong place! No signage on the door. As no wifi we were completely stuck - couldn't even check the weather! We felt unsafe with no means of accessing wifi for any information etc and moved accommodation. We had no problems here at all. Host did not reimburse any monies - Booking.com extremely difficult to contact but no joy there either. An additional toilet was stated in the amenities on offer, this was incorrect as there was only one in the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend - find somewhere else to stay.

  A nice short stay

Liked: Good location to explore norwich city center and a short drive away from the broads. The interior of the flat feels modern and clean. There is ample space for parking a large car (but do not forget to send the car registration number to the host). It was a bit tricky to find but the host was very helpful over the phone. There are some good places to eat nearby as well.

Disliked: The exterior of the flat is not very well-maintained but it's not the owner's fault. The window blinds do not block the sunlight properly. As we visited in Summer, it was a problem in the early morning.
