Overall a very tired looking room with a seat which had clearly seen better days

Liked: The restaurant was on the same site as the hotel, so handy for getting an evening meal.

Disliked: There were some male guests running around the corridor in their underwear and making a lot of noise outside my door. I had to ask them to be quiet. The room was too hot and i could not control the temperature. Also the bathroom door handle was broken and would not remain shut. I saw no facilities for breakfast down in the main dining area when I left the following morning. Perhaps they don't offer breakfast but it would be nice to have a choice.

Liked: Very clean and tidy. The restaurant part of the hotel with the good discount. Although I didn't use it. The aroma was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and understanding when I had to delay my check out due to me having a fractured leg.

Disliked: Only parking was public car park opposite.. I unfortunately fractured my leg at work while staying here and had only stairs to get to room but was only 1 and a bit flights. No lifts available.

Liked: Close to city centre and shops. Close to parks and amenities. The room itself was comfortable and on suite was a nice size.

Friendly what you see is what you get hotel

Liked: Friendly staff, easy check in, easy access.

Disliked: The loud road, but that's obvious when you book it. Maybe thick curtains would help.
