  Parking a bonus

Liked: Good position for exploring older part of Norwich, parking us included which is a bonus. Hotel is a little tired but clean.

Liked: Good size room with kitchenette, only thing was bathroom was poor which let the room down a little. Loads of free parking and 10 minute walk into town. Would stay again

Liked: Very good location for walking into the city centre. Plantation gardens next to the hotel definitely worth a visit. Friendly reception staff. Small double was small and basic but was clean, had a good sized shower, comfortable bed and sink, fridge and microwave. ( no freezer compartment). Also mugs, bowls and cups for 2. Was v hot but there was a fan provided. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Biggest problem was the safety light shining green all night in the direct eyeline of the bed.. If you prefer a dark room then this could be an issue. Such a shame as this would put me off returning to this hotel.

Liked: The hotel is near to the main road and it is little bit noisy in the mid night.

Liked: Very good parking facilities. Make sure you tell them your registration number, so they can register it. Staff were lovely. Very short walk to the town. It’s a slightly different type of hotel room. It has a sink/microwave/fridge in the room. I think they might cater for people who travel for work. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Problem with no hot water this morning. Bearing in mind the parking and proximity to the town, we would definitely use the hotel again.
